Game Change Request

Terms & Conditions

• Both coaches must have agreed to this change before it is submitted.
• All change requests will incur a minimum $25.00 charge to be paid by the team requesting the change.
• Charge will be higher if referees have already been assigned to the game.
• The charge will be even higher if it is last minute, and it is too late to call off the referees.

Exact charges will be ultimately determined based on the scheduling of referees.
